All in all there is a lot of good information here and it's presented in a very accessible manner. An unflattering look inside America's corporate controlled food industry. There was a weird story line mixed into the whole thing about a woman who was struggling with her health. Food Matters examines how the food we eat can help or hurt our health. That being said the information on juicing and raw foods was particularly interesting to me and I plan on incorporating more of both into my diet. There's a problem loading this menu at the moment.
